ActiveMind is a private, self-hosted assistant system run by one person (Muchun) on his own computer in Sydney, Australia. It is not a public service and is not offered to anyone else.
ActiveMind connects to one dedicated Google account owned by Muchun. With his permission, it can read and manage that account's Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Contacts and Tasks, to help him with his own personal tasks.
No other users can sign in. There is nothing to sign up for.
