Privacy Policy

This policy covers ActiveMind, a private assistant system used only by its owner, Muchun.

Who uses it

Only the owner. The Google authorization is granted from, and used for, one dedicated Google account that he owns. No data from any other person's Google account is requested.

What Google data is accessed

Depending on the task the owner asks for: files in Google Drive, email in Gmail, calendar events, spreadsheets, documents, presentations, contacts and tasks in that one account.

How it is used and stored

• Data is used only to carry out tasks the owner asks for.
• The Google access credentials are stored on the owner's own computer, readable only by a single isolated program; they are never shared.
• When the owner directs it, some content may be passed to AI model services he uses (for example, a cloud language model) to help with a task. It is not used to train models by ActiveMind, not sold, and not used for advertising.
• Content is not transferred to anyone else.

Google API Services User Data Policy

ActiveMind's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The owner can delete the stored credentials from his computer at any time.
